Change dentist
When you register at AZV, you have to choose a dentist. It is recommended that you choose a dentist close to your home or one that you know already. But this doesn’t mean you cannot change.
Petition to change dentist via AZV app
Open the AZV app and go to ʾMenuʾ → choose ‘care providers’ → choose ʾCare provideors of…ʾ → choose → ʾchange care providerʾ → choose ‘Dentist’
